1 Our Commitment during a Direct Search
Our methodology is based on the follow-up, assessment and validation of candidate's professional and human experience. Our engagement will be as follows:
- Understand company’s organization, culture, strategy and its products
- Set up the job description
- Signature of the assignment by the Client
- Elaboration of targeted and potential long list candidates: industry, function and region focus
- Get in touch with the candidates and organize interviews with them
- In-depth reference checks are typically performed at the later stages of the search process
- Introduce the three short listed candidates with their complete files
- Help the Client to make his/her choice and to finalize the offer
- Negotiation with the candidate under Clients' supervision
- Follow up of the candidate during the integration to the new company

- Looking for our Clients’ feedback through a survey
Throughout the engagement we will be in frequent contact to keep you informed and provide information on the leading candidates.
2 Search Process
With regards to the importance and the challenging requirements of that position we will conduct a direct search assignment. This will allow a proactive and straight approach to qualified and interested candidates. We define each executive search project as a unique consulting engagement and we tailor our efforts accordingly. Even though, a systematic approach is followed in executing each assignment.
Position Specification:
The precise job specification will be used in discussions with potential candidates.
Research, long list and shortlist:
After your approval of the proposal and Job Specification, our primary activity is directed towards sourcing and identifying candidates whose experience and characteristics closely match the established criteria. Based on the criteria established, we will conduct original research to develop a target list of prospective candidates and sources. This effort will be directed primarily towards the same industry of our Clients unless it is decided otherwise, secondly through a functional focus. For most positions, we will conduct our search activities in priority in the UAE and the Middle East in order to ensure the successful candidate will be focused in his/her new responsibilities.
Candidates’ Interviews:
Upon approaching the chosen candidates, each qualified candidate will be interviewed by us in a face-to-face meeting (whenever possible) to obtain a thorough understanding of their backgrounds and confirm the match to the approved specification. We will work with a diverse candidate long list, from which a short-list of candidates will be generated. Ongoing discussions and reviews with you will take place during this process.
The content of the interviews will also cover a presentation of our Client as an attractive company and a discussion about the position requirements as specified. We will inform the candidates about your recruiting and assessment process and we shall ensure that candidates understand the need for multiple interviews during the selection process. We will not propose any of the short listed candidates to other companies as long as our Client has not rejected them.
Presentation:
For each candidate deemed qualified for the position (3-4 recommended finalists), we prepare a Confidential Candidate Report Evaluation and forward the information to your attention.
Reference Checking:
It is our practice to directly contact persons who have or had working relations with the candidates, presented. In-depth reference checks are typically performed at the later stages of the search process or at such time an offer has been extended to the individual. In the latter case, we recommend the offer be made contingent upon satisfactory reference checks.
Communications and Follow Through:
Throughout the engagement we will be in frequent contact to keep you informed and provide information on the leading candidates. This also provides an ongoing opportunity to discuss, on a timely basis, any changes in the marketplace that may have a bearing on the outcome of the assignment.Once the search is completed, we will maintain contact with you and the new hire to offer any advise, insight, or counsel. This is to ensure that not only a smooth transition is made in the early months into our Clients but also that the executive or senior manager is performing at the anticipated level.
